Our first goal is to fill our 2 x 4 matrix. At the accomplishment of Tier 1 we will receive a minimum of $91.50 each and every month as long as we remain with the Company. When you join our team I am going to personally train you to coach and lead your team to fill your 2 x 4 matrix. When we have our 2 x 4 matrix filled we will have 16 people on the bottom of Tier 1 – Level 4. Our second goal is to coach and lead these 16 people to fill their 2 x 4 matrix.

Once these 16 people have filled their 2 x 4 matrix they each receive a minimum of $91.50 and you receive a matching bonus of $91.50 for each of the sixteen people for a minimum of $1464.00 per month each and every month for as long as you remain with the Company. When these 16 people have their 2 x 4 matrixes filled there will be 256 people on the bottom of Tier 2 – Level 4. There are more people to help now, but the responsibility is the same. We want to help each one of these 256 people fill their 2 x 4 matrix.

When all 256 people have filled their 2 x 4 matrix they each receive a minimum of $91.50 and you receive a matching bonus of $91.50 for each of the 256 people for a minimum of $23,424.00 per month each and every month for as long as you remain with the Company. And then you are done. You have solidified your financial future. Every month you should receive around $25,000 per month each and every month which equates into $300,000.00 per year.
